INITIAL ASSESSMENT & CONSULT
In order to build an optimal and effective training program, a get-to-know-you meet up paired with a movement assessment is essential. Your coach will identify and address any muscle imbalances, pre-existing injury or movement limitations that can hinder progress.
This is followed by a body composition analysis using our InBody 270 machine. Your coach will then chat with you more about PrimeFit's bespoke nutrition plan that fits your lifestyle. Eat your way to a healthier you as we teach you how to eat in a less restrictive manner to look great and fuel your performance in and out of the gym.
